1) HE’S A CHAMPION INDOOR ROWER
Not only is he forged from muscle, but Hammer also has lungs of steel, as demonstrated by his success in indoor rowing.
He won silver at the British Indoor Rowing Championships in 2023 and also featured on the podium at the European Indoor Rowing Championships and the World Championships the following year, collecting two more silvers.
In 2024, he went one better, winning gold at the British Indoor Rowing Championships.
2) HE PLAYED PRO FOOTBALL
Tom Wilson played professional football as a teen, making appearances for Chesterfield F.C.
He once told GladiatorTV that he’s “A hard hitter who’s not only a massive unit, but quick and explosive, too,” which goes a long way to explaining why he played centre-back.
3) HE APPEARED ON THE 2025 GREAT BRITISH SEWING BEE: CELEBRITY CHRISTMAS SPECIAL
It would seem that Hammer is capable of a more gentle touch when required, as he turned his hand to sewing in the 2025 celeb special.
As part of his appearance on the show, he created a gingerbread-inspired satin pinafore dress, complete with festive trim and an oversized bow.
