Everything You Need to Know About Chris Bumstead’s Hair Transplant Procedure

The Olympia Classic Champion, Chris Bumstead, recently underwent hair transplant operations in Turkey after winning the Olympia Classic again for the fifth time. However, many people, especially his fans, are bothered about his decision and if it wouldn’t affect his future in bodybuilding.

In his recent video on his YouTube channel, he disclosed that he would take a break from high-intensity workout sessions. According to him, his body needs to recover. Therefore, he’s not allowed to train for 30 days after the procedure of his hair.

Chris Bumstead also mentioned that the hair transplant procedure was painful and uncomfortable. However, it was worth the pain for him. He stated that his time off will be used to recover his body with some stretching and cardio.

Since he’s not allowed to sweat or increase his blood pressure, Chris disclosed that he would spend time chilling with his family.

Contrary to some people’s opinion in the fitness world, Chris Bumstead said in his video that he will get back to working out by the 1st of January 2024 with a new year, new me vibe.

In the YouTube video, he posted a video of his workout sessions about three to four weeks ago to keep his fans updated.

His subscribers reacted positively to Chris Bumstead’s hair transplant, with many appreciating his desire to improve his hairline and overall appearance.

According to one of the comments, Chris Bumstead’s transparency about his hair transplant procedure has impacted him greatly.
