The Answer to Fans’ Biggest Question: Did Christian Guzman Leave GHOST?
It’s been a hectic year for Texas-based influencer Christian Guzman. The YouTuber has gone from relaunching 3D Energy Drinks with a week-long flavor reveal to navigating a full-scale rebrand of Alphalete.
Sprinkle in a busy calendar with Summer Shredding, sprucing up Alphaland, trying for a baby with wife Heidi Somers Guzman, and even a hair transplant for good measure, and fans haven’t been short of content to sink their teeth into.

Some of the more eagle-eyed, however, have picked up on one thing that’s been missing from the entrepreneur’s socials: GHOST.
The legendary lifestyle brand has also been heavy on the gas pedal in 2025, yet Guzman, who was a long-standing ambassador, hasn’t been active in sharing the news.
That’s prompted fans to ask the question: Did Christian Guzman leave GHOST? Here’s what the man himself had to say.
Did Christian Guzman Leave GHOST?
The question, “Did Christian Guzman leave GHOST?” was the hottest topic during a recent Q&A held on his YouTube channel.
Guzman didn’t shy away from answering — instead giving a completely frank and honest response shedding light on the current state of play.
“Did I leave GHOST Lifestyle? Yes,” he revealed.
“I’ve been with GHOST since the very beginning, before GHOST had even launched as a company. They launched in 2016, I signed with them in 2015.
“The journey that company has been through — like, Dan (Lourenco) and Ryan (Hughes), the two owners — I’ve literally seen them build something from idea to exiting with a billion-dollar-plus brand.
“I don’t think many people in this world get to witness that firsthand and be a big part of it. It makes me so proud of the guys, what they’ve built — that company is an insane success story.
“I genuinely loved my years with GHOST.”

GHOST launched its caffeinated arm — GHOST Energy — back in 2020, which quickly became one of the hottest energy drinks on the planet.
Formulated with nootropics, it didn’t play in exactly the same space as Guzman’s invention, but it was a market competitor nonetheless.
Certainly, that was the view of Guzman’s former partners at 3D, Congo Brands, who were reportedly unhappy he decided to continue repping the supplements after GHOST Energy’s release.
As is well publicized, Congo Brands later helped Logan Paul and KSI launch PRIME Energy, leading to a complete breakdown in relationship and resulting legal fallout that almost saw Guzman liquidate 3D entirely.
Not wanting any blurred lines this time around, Guzman decided it was in his best interests to walk away from GHOST on good terms.
“Obviously I launched 3D back in 2017,” Guzman added. “A few years later, GHOST launched GHOST Energy, and GHOST Energy essentially took over.
“They were just the powders and the supplements at first. Once the energy drink came on, it really took the business to the next level.
“As the whole thing with 3D was going on — where I was fighting to get the company back from the previous partners, and finally getting the company back — it put me in a spot in the last year and a half where it was a conflict of interest.
“Even if I were just promoting the powders and stuff, the energy drink is all tied into one brand. Wanting to rebuild my own brand and put everything I have into that, I just had to choose to go all-in on 3D.
“And so that’s what I chose, and I’m super confident in that decision. That’s why you haven’t seen any GHOST posted this year.
“Even a lot of last year, I really wasn’t promoting much. My attention had to shift, and right now I’m focused on giving 3D everything I have.”
Guzman finished by wishing everyone at GHOST the best, before concluding: “It’s the end of an era, but we’re on to focusing on building our own things.”
