Protein bar favourite Grenade hasn’t played in the creatine space since launching its Essentials blend some years back.
Those tubs are now practically extinct and, while the brand has built out its Sports Nutrition range in recent years, creatine never made a return to the line-up.
That’s now changed, as a new-look Grenade Creatine has just landed, complete with an ultra-pure formula and two flavour options. Here’s what you need to know.
Grenade Creatine Makes an Explosive Comeback
With creatine very much the talk of 2026, it feels like the perfect time for Grenade to get back in on the action.
The brand’s refreshed offering packs an optimal 5g of 99.9% pure creatine monohydrate per serving, powered by German-made Creapure®.

Fans have two options: keep things simple with the Unflavoured variety or take the more adventurous route with Pink Razzberry.
Both are retailing at £13.99, though the Unflavoured tubs provide more bang for your buck as there’s just one ingredient: Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate.
That means the serving size is set at 5g, as opposed to Pink Razzberry’s 7.3g. Either way, you’re getting approximately 40-60 servings of the much-studied compound for a reasonable price, especially considering the efficacy.
Grenade Creatine is already available via the brand’s online store. There’s been no word on whether it’ll hit retail yet, but don’t be surprised to see it start rolling out to stockists.
