HYROX New York 2026 is coming back on a scale we haven’t seen before, stretching across two full weekends, May 28–31 and June 4–7. 

That’s eight days of racing in the Big Apple, with 30,000 athletes expected to take part. It’s officially set to be the largest HYROX event in North American history.

Instead of squeezing everything into a single weekend, HYROX New York 2026 takes over the city across two. That means wave after wave of racers, constant movement on the course, and a serious buzz in the venue from open to close.

You’ll have elite athletes chasing titles, experienced competitors hunting down personal bests, and first timers stepping up to test themselves in one of the most iconic cities in the world. 

The full HYROX experience, NYC style

At HYROX New York you’ll get everything that makes a HYROX event what it is, just scaled up.

Every finisher walks away with the official HYROX patch, which feels even sweeter when you’ve battled it out in a field this size. Your time is tracked live and posted to the leaderboard as you move through the race, and once you’re done you’ll have full split timings for every workout to analyse later.

Age Group awards will be handed out across divisions, and for certain Age Groups in the Pro categories, there are qualification slots for the World Championships on the line. For some, this weekend is about ticking off New York. For others, it’s a direct route to the biggest stage in HYROX.

Around the course, you’ll find aid stations before, during, and after the race to keep you fuelled, and the Thunderdome viewing area gives friends, family, and teammates a proper front row seat to the action. The HYROX Entertainment Zone will be running too, with partner activations and plenty going on beyond the race floor.
