Battle Cancer London 2026 is big, busy, team based, and built for people who really want to get stuck in. Taking place on Saturday 17th October at Olympia, this is Battle Cancer’s biggest event of the year, so you know it’s going t o be a good one. 

You’re not just turning up for a quick challenge and heading home. This is a full day of effort, noise, teamwork, and plenty of pressure once the clock starts.

What you’re actually signing up for

The main event is the rebuilt Battle Cancer Challenge for 2026, which runs for 90 minutes and moves teams through three zones and nine stations. 

You’ve got endurance, burn, and power, with five minutes of max reps at each station, then four minutes to recover before moving on. It’s a simple format on paper, which usually means one thing. Once you’re in it, there’s nowhere to hide!

That setup is a big part of the appeal. It keeps the day moving, it puts a proper focus on teamwork, and it gives every team the chance to work through something that feels hard, fun, and slightly chaotic in the best way.

Pick your level and bring your people

There are two divisions to choose from depending on your level. 

Challenge Division is the standard option, with movement modifications allowed, so it works well for teams who want a proper test without needing to be elite level. 

Compete Division steps things up with heavier weights, stricter standards, and no modifications, so that one is for teams who want more pressure from the start.

Teams are made up of four athletes, whether that’s male, female, or mixed. So get your mates together and get stuck in!
