Created by Christian Guzman, Summer Shredding has grown from an online fitness challenge into a full competition series, with the Championship bringing everything together on Saturday, September 19th at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas.

There are nine divisions in total, covering Women’s Transformation, Men’s Transformation, Men’s Fit Physique, Women’s Bikini, Men’s Physique, Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique, Women’s Wellness, and Women’s Figure.

That means you’ve got everything from transformation competitors to bodybuilding, bikini, wellness and physique athletes all in one event.
