I am Charlotte Thornton online coach who owns Image Geek.

I am a specialist health coach, who works with people with specific health conditions such as diabetes, varied arthritis conditions, COPD, lower back pain, anxiety/depression and I am also pre/post natal instructor trained. My job is to help individuals overcome hurdles they face day to day due to their condition, in order to allow them to move more which will reduce negative symptoms they experience, feel more in control of their health and more confident in themselves too!
