I am the founder of undivided coaching, an online female coaching company bridging the gap between lifestyle and advanced physique development.

I am also a figure competitor, PCA pro, miss undivided, and British champion.

My mission is to empower females worldwide, not only do I work with females on a 1-2-1 basis, but also take them through the undivided program, focussed around self-development, mindset, and confidence in all other areas of life.

I have an incredible team of females and also run team shoots and training days as part of community culture.
