My names Jon from Train With Mitchell. I’ve been a personal trainer & coach for nearly 6 years now, working with an array of clients from absolute beginners to competitors.

My main focuses with clients are on improving their physiques. Helping build self confidence. Improving mental well-being & just overall fitness.
Me myself I am natural bodybuilder, a 2 x heavyweight champion, and have placed Top 3 multiple times in National level shows. Although I know not everyone wants to be a bodybuilder the experience & knowledge I have learnt through bodybuilding has enabled me to help others on their fitness journeys & it continues to be a huge passion of mine both with my own training and helping others.
