The training was intense but my biggest challenge was Prep and Posing.  There were times during the last few weeks of prep leading up to my Shows where I felt deflated and in that dark place alone, but I remained focused and pushed myself through my training, telling myself I can do this.

My first year was a whirlwind with success after success. I won 3 x Amateurs Qualifiers: 3 x British Titles; Awarded 2 x Pro Status l allowing me to compete in 2 x World Championships where I placed 3rd in the DFAC Women’s Pro Bodybuilding in Miami and 5th in the WNBF Women’s Pro Bodybuilding in Los Angeles.

I have won the UK International Pro Natural Bodybuilding Championships for 3 consecutive years running and now currently World No.1 in WNBF Pro Women’s Bodybuilding which I finally achieved in 2019 in New York.
