The road to glory starts in London’s Olympia for countless hybrid hopefuls. In March 2026, athletes from across Europe will descend on the UK’s iconic capital to do battle for two top prizes.

In a race like no other, the HYROX EMEA Regional Championships will crown European Champions and secure them a ticket to the Worlds in Stockholm later this year.

If you fancy yourself a hybrid machine, this is your opportunity to prove you can mix it with the booming sport’s elite.

What Is the HYROX EMEA Regional Championships?

The HYROX EMEA Regional Championships is one of three continental competitions, held across Europe, Asia-Pacific (APAC) and the United States.

Each one represents a unique chance for hybrid rockstars to become the European, APAC or US champion of their age group while simultaneously representing their country.

Even better? Whereas qualification is required to compete at the World Championships, the HYROX EMEA Regional Championships are open-entry events.

That means every athlete from Europe can sign up, place their foot on the start line, and compete in the Open Weights Divisions.

Shooting For the Worlds

To raise the stakes even higher, the HYROX EMEA Regional Championships are also a pathway to the World Championships.

In fact, they’re the only races where you can secure qualification in the Single Men/Women or Doubles Men/Women divisions without racing with pro weights.

Win, and you’ll be heading to Stockholm as a European Champion to compete on HYROX’s biggest stage.

As this is a regional competition, only citizens within the designated region are allowed to participate. Unfortunately, tourists or students on a temporary visa won’t be able to race.

That said, you won’t have long to wait for your shot on the turf. HYROX London takes place at the same venue just days later, between Thursday, March 24 and Sunday, March 29.
