Midlands bodybuilders, it’s time to swap the gym mirrors for the stage lights! NABBA Midlands 2025 is your golden ticket to the NABBA Britain Finals, and it all goes down on Sunday, 20th April at Brierley Hill Civic Hall (DY5 3DH).

The Game Plan:

• Check-in: From noon (just follow the running order, no sneaky queue jumping!)
• Showtime: 1:00 PM. Time to flex, pose, and make those months of meal prepping worth it.

To compete, you’ll need a current NABBA Yearly Membership (£50) because great things require commitment! Grab yours via the NABBA website, and your entry form will be sent out with your membership pack.

The entry fee is £50 and it’s cash only.
