The NABBA Wales 2025 is your chance to showcase your hard work, dedication, and impressive ability to resist every plate of Welsh cakes that comes your way.

This prestigious qualifier for the NABBA Britain Finals 2025 will take place on Sunday, 11th May at Barry Memorial Hall (CF62 8NA).

Both the check-in and competition start time will be communicated to you soon. So stay tuned, we’ll let you know when to hit the stage.

To compete, you must hold a valid NABBA Annual Membership. No membership, no flexing. Simple as that! 

Memberships cost £50 and can be purchased via the NABBA website.
