Important Competitor Information:

• Registration and Weigh-in starts at 8:30 AM. Remember punctuality is the first step to winning.
• All Bodybuilding and Women’s Physique competitors must have their 60-second MP3 posing music which would be submitted at registration.
• Before you become eligible to compete, you need to be an active UKBFF member. Membership fee costs £50 per annum. Ensure your membership is up to date to secure your spot.
