Welcome to the WNBF UK First Timers & Novice Championships – where dreams are flexed, muscles are judged, and spray tans are taken very seriously. If you’ve never stepped on stage before or haven’t placed in the top three, this is your moment to shine (thanks to the competition).

Who Can Compete?

First Timers. Never competed before? You’re in! But if you’ve flexed elsewhere in a different division, sorry, you’re out of the first-timer club.

Novices. If you’ve never placed in the top three, congratulations, you’re still a novice!

If you place this season, you keep your novice status for the rest of the year – think of it as an exclusive VIP pass.

Registration and check-ins take place the day before at the theatre venue. Heights and weights will be checked (so you can’t lie about those extra protein shakes). You’ll get your competitor number – your golden ticket to the stage.

If you’re in Bodybuilding or Fitbody class, bring your exactly 60-second MP3 track and send it to: wnbfukmusic@gmail.com.
