Primarily a martial arts gym you can get fit, learn a new skill and become part of The Hidden Gym family.

The Hidden Gym may require ID and for you to fill in their membership or liability form.

Gym is open already with Covid security arrangements and classes starting again from Tuesday too, although the judo is non contact for one more month

Thank you for your comment. We are aware of the current situation of the shower floor. Due to the nature of the construction and build, we are having problems finding a contractor that is confident enough to fix it for us. As soon as we do, we will get it done.The Hidden Gym Management

They have enough and good cardio machines, but can’t say that about the resistance machines. In a busy period you may have to wait or queue to use some machines. The showers could do with some maintenance.
