“Variety is the spice of life.” Never has a statement been more true than at this moment in time, where everything is so fast-paced, information is constantly at your fingertips and if you don’t like something, you simply throw it away and replace it. The same thing applies to the gym you train at. If you feel like you’re stuck in a bit of a rut, sometimes a change in scenery is all you need to renew your motivation and drive to go out and get those gains. Let’s be fair, if it’s free, what’s not to love about this idea? This is how to get free gym passes!!!
How To Get Free Gym Passes
Gymfluencers have partnered with Fitness First gyms around the country, to provide you with the opportunity to train at one of their gyms for a day…FOR FREE. You have the option of over 40 different locations to choose from, so why not give it a go. Follow the simple instructions below to learn how to get free gym passes:
- Open your web browser and type in “Gymfluencers.com”
- Click on “Gym Passes” along the top banner of the page
- Scroll down the page to find the gym you’d like to trial and click on it
- Scroll down a bit to the “To Claim” section and click on “Here”, this will navigate you to the Fitness First Website
- You will then be required to fill in some information such as the gym you’d like to try, the date you’d like to visit it, and the time of day you’d like to go in
- Once you’ve filled all this in, click “Next”
- You will then be asked some personal questions such as name, surname, email etc. Fill this in and click “Book Now.”
- This will inform the gym of your choice, that you will be coming to visit, and will send you a confirmation email
- Be sure to keep hold of that email, as it contains the Bar Code you’ll need to scan at the gym in order to get in.
- Simply go to the gym you chose on the day and time you selected, speak to someone at reception and let them know who you are. Scan your barcode (in your confirmation email) to get in, and enjoy!
Your free pass will give you access to all the main gym facilities including the gym floor, locker room, and sauna (if your selected gym has one) and classes can be booked by calling the gym in advance or on the day you go to the gym if there is still room. Not all of the Fitness First gyms have a swimming pool, so be sure to check the facilities of the club you want to visit online before you make your booking, if that’s what you would like to try.
All the team members working at Fitness First are lovely and very ready and willing to help. They can show you around the gym so you feel more comfortable and explain about the different classes they offer. Towels are provided at reception so you won’t need to bring one of those along and padlocks for the lockers are generally available to buy if you forget to bring your own. Water fountains are scattered around the gym to either drink from or fill up your bottle, and all their gyms are stocked with a variety of cardio machines, weight machines and a decent free-weight section.
Give it a go, you know you want to.
