Grace Beverley

Grace started off as a fitness influencer while she was studying at St Peter’s College, Oxford and has built up an incredibly impressive business empire from there. She built up her Grace Fit Instagram account with workout routines and day in the lifestyle content, before changing things up and going by her full name instead.  Whatever name she goes by she has a following of over 1 million people who love the community she’s created. And on top of that, she’s also the founder and CEO of Shreddy and TALA.

Shreddy is a fitness tech and equipment brand that Grace launched in 2016.  It started off as an app that gives users access to exercise classes and meal plans to help with their fitness goals. It’s now expanded into a full-on fitness brand selling its own line of supplements and workout equipment.

Grace’s other business, TALA, was launched in 2019 and is a fitness clothing brand with a big emphasis on sustainability.  It’s been a huge success right from the start, turning over £6.2 million in its first year, thanks to its focus on making high-quality activewear that looks and feels great.

As if all that wasn’t enough, Grace has also written a book which was named a #1 Sunday Times bestseller.  Working Hard, Hardly Working: How to achieve more, stress less and feel fulfilled is all about helping people create a life for themselves that they love. Something that Grace clearly knows a thing or two about!

Krissy Cela

Krissy Cela is a woman on a mission to make fitness and wellbeing accessible for all women, and she’s built an amazing business with this mission at its heart. She believes that “every woman deserves to feel great, which starts with their mindset. Because what’s more important than your physical and mental health? We live in a society that tells women they have to look a certain way, be a certain dress size, and behave a certain way. I want to change that, question the status quo and reframe how you think about exercise”.

And she’s well on the way to making these changes for thousands of women out there through her fitness app, clothing brand, and book.

EvolveYou, her fitness app, has been downloaded by thousands of people and its users have completed millions of workouts.  And in 2021 she launched Oner Active, a fitness clothing brand made up of sleek, simple designs that look amazing on all women to help them feel secure, comfortable and confident while working out.

Her book ‘Do this for you: How to be a strong woman from the inside out’ tells her story from her childhood in Albania before moving to the UK, to finding fitness to help her cope with the stress of working and studying for a law degree.  She wrote it to inspire other women to find their own motivation for taking charge of their health and fitness.

Heidi created the brand back in 2016 when she spotted a gap in the market for workout clothing that was diverse and inclusive.

Kate Hudson

If you’re a fan of 2000s romcoms like I am, then you’ll know (and love) Kate Hudson as an actress, but these days she’s also taken the business world by storm.

Kate's Story: Kate Hudson Fabletics Co-Founder

Kate Hudson co-founded the hugely successful Fabletics activewear brand back in 2013 with Adam Goldenberg and Don Ressler.  What sets Fabletics apart is its subscription service, where you can pick from regular new collections in a huge range of sizes each month. They started with women’s clothing and have now branched out to menswear with everything from polo shirts to shorts.

Kate hasn’t stopped there though…

She launched InBloom in 2020, selling a range of plant-based nutritional supplements.  The brand is beautifully presented and the products all sound incredible.  They’re all sold as powders, designed to be shaken up with water or in a smoothie to give you an extra boost of nutrients.  And honestly, if they leave you feeling as good as Kate Hudson looks then I’m in!

Don’t go thinking Kate is just about green shakes and smoothies though.  She’s also created King St Vodka, which is distilled seven times and made with alkaline water, making it clean and smooth and perfectly fitting with Kate’s personal brand of fun mixed with healthy living.

With the success of her YouTube channel and fitness modelling, Pamela branched out into the world of food and nutrition. She released her first book ‘Strong and Beautiful’ in 2017, in her native German and followed it up with her second book ‘You deserve this’ in 2020.

‘You deserve this’ is available in English and is a recipe book packed with healthy, wholesome breakfasts, lunches, and dinners that are all made to be eaten from a bowl. This bowl-based idea gives the whole book an interesting twist and the end results all look absolutely stunning.

Pamela also launched Naturally Pam in 2020, creating a range of healthy foods including protein bars, cereals and organic baking supplies.  Everything in the range is free from flavour enhancers, artificial colours, E-numbers, cane sugar and chemical sweeteners.
