Zack’s motivation to help and inspire others with their health began after he started his fitness journey as a teenager. According to him, he never believed he could be deemed fit to be considered a superhuman, judging by his appearance as a child.
As a child, Zack George was overweight because he was addicted to eating fast foods, especially McDonald’s, every day. However, he was able to overcome the addiction and has not eaten fast food for the past ten years.

In addition to being crowned the UK’s Fittest Man in 2020, Zack George, a rising star in CrossFit, came 26th on the world CrossFit leaderboard out of a whopping 126,461 contestants! Due to his unyielding strength, he was given the name ‘Steel’.
