GHOST has released three new flavors of its transparent Whey Protein Powder, each loaded with nostalgia and textural surprises.
The legendary lifestyle operator’s resume is stacked with unique collaborations across its energy and supplement divisions.
Taking typically unhealthy childhood favorites and reimagining them into fitness-friendly treats is now practically GHOST’s calling card.
We saw that in action earlier this year when the brand once again linked up with General Mills to release Lucky Charms and Cinnamon Toast Crunch versions of its protein cereal.
That relationship has now expanded beyond breakfast – and it’s about to hit shakers everywhere.
GHOST x General Mills Cereal Icons
In the buildup to the Arnold Sports Festival, GHOST announced a General Mills cereal trifecta, adding three of its most beloved bowls to the GHOST Whey menu.
Lucky Charms “Cereal Milk” was the first in line, featuring real marshmallow pieces for an authentic protein shake experience.
That was swiftly followed by two more General Mills cereal classics in Trix and Cocoa Puffs, both packing actual nuggets of cereal for an authentic finish.

All three debuted at the Arnold Sports Festival over the weekend and deliver 25g of protein and just 130 calories per scoop.
The carb count floats between 3-4g, with fat and sugar also kept in check. That marks a noticeable macro upgrade from the bowls many would have enjoyed while watching cartoons on a Saturday morning.
It’s also a fun throwback for anyone who waved a fond farewell to their favorite General Mills cereal when they started counting calories.
Following a brief soft launch at the Arnolds, Lucky Charms, Trix, and Cocoa Puffs GHOST Whey went live on Saturday in the U.S. only.
They’re expected to roll out into major retail partners, such as GNC, in the coming weeks.
