The Summer Shredding Series is officially back, with Christian Guzman bringing 44 new episodes to YouTube.
If you’ve followed Christian Guzman for a while, you’ll know the Summer Shredding Series has always been a massive part of his channel. The training, the dieting, the business updates, the prep chaos, the event build-up, it’s been one of those series that properly shaped his content over the years.
But for the last 3 years, the Summer Shredding Series has been missing.
Now, it’s back.
Summer Shredding Series is back for 2026
Christian announced the return in a recent YouTube video, confirming that he’s bringing the Summer Shredding Series back for 2026.
The plan is big as well.
He’ll be filming 44 episodes between now and September 19th, which is the date of the Summer Shredding Championships in Houston.
That means 2 episodes a week, with longer videos around 30 to 40 minutes each. So basically, your incline walk, stairmaster session or post-workout cardio now has a full series to go with it.
What to expect from the new series
This new season of the Summer Shredding Series is going to look a little different.
Christian won’t be competing this year, so the focus isn’t on him pushing through a full contest prep or letting bodybuilding completely take over his life. Instead, he’s said he’ll still be putting everything into the series, but with a better balance.
Family is the priority this time, which makes sense. He’ll be documenting the first summer in his new home with Heidi, while still bringing back the training, lifestyle, business and event build-up that fans love.
It’s still Summer Shredding, but from a new stage of life.
Why fans are excited
The Summer Shredding Series coming back is a big one for long-time Guzman fans.
For a lot of people, this was the content they found him through. It had the motivation, the real-time updates, the training detail, the business side and the personal moments all mixed together.
And after 3 years without it, bringing the Summer Shredding Series back for 2026 feels like a proper full-circle moment.
Christian might not be competing this time, but the series is still set up to give fans exactly what they’ve missed. Long videos, consistent uploads, summer training energy and a full build-up to one of the biggest weekends in his calendar.
