The London, Regent Street Gymshark Store opened its doors to customers on Saturday, October 29 following months of anticipation.

Speaking after the launch, Gymshark CEO and founder, Ben Francis, said: “I’ve been reminiscing over the past few days, and the one word that comes to mind is…PROUD.
“This achievement doesn’t belong to me, the Gymshark team has worked tirelessly to bring this store to life.
“It’s an honor to work with such a talented group that can start with a vision and makes it a reality. Every little detail has been thought out. The inclusive mannequins, the agile event spaces, personal shopping experiences, free classes and SO much more.
“The journey to get to this point has definitely not been easy, but the Gymshark team behind this incredible project has outdone themselves once again. Thank you.”
Inside The Store
In true Gymshark fashion, some fitness enthusiasts were welcomed to Ben’s new kingdom by being put through their paces during a set of workouts led by some of the brand’s sponsored athletes. Others enjoyed a bit more of a leisurely browse.
Unlike other retail outlets, Ben described the Gymshark store as an “experimental” space that is aiming to bring the conditioning community closer together than ever before.
If Willy Wonka was into HIIT and conditioning instead of chocolate and everlasting gobstoppers I think not even he would have had the genius to put this place together.
Key features of the Gymshark Store London include a Sweat Room, which offers over 30 bookable classes every week, from functional fitness to yoga and strength work. Led by experienced Gymshark Pros and PTs, the class timetables will change weekly, offering a selection of uncommon and bespoke classes too.
Community Driven
Everyone will also have access to a gender-neutral Locker Room adjoining the Sweat Room, which has lockers, showers, towels, and changing facilities.
A real community-centered project, the shop further includes the Pro Bench. Here, customers can access 121 sessions which are perfect for anyone looking to improve their form or that just needs a bit of advice on starting out.
Each Pro is an expert in different disciplines including personal training, recovery, and mindset. Every session lasts approx 25 minutes and is in a private space so you can feel relaxed and comfortable.
Amenities
Need a post-workout drink or snack? Well, Gymshark has teamed up with Joe & The Juice to offer fresh juices, healthy shakes, and protein-packed sandwiches available in-store.
Overlooking the iconic London street on the first floor is The Hub, which will host guest speakers and different events, making the store a real hive of activity.
And saving the best til last, every customer will be afforded the opportunity to feel like a VIP with the 121 shopping team. The 90-minute sessions will ensure you have an in-store experience like no other. Out of town? Don’t worry. Whether you’re in Twickenham or Tokyo, the 121 shopping is available virtually too.
Pros include powerlifting, bodybuilding, yoga, and pilates expert, Helen Russel, and restorative recovery, bodybuilding, strength, hypertrophy, and metabolic conditioning maestro, Luiz Madalena.
Bookings can be made via the Gymshark app. The store is open from 10am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and 12pm to 6pm on Sunday.
