Eddie Abbew’s Olympian Gym was the target of a mindless vandalism attempt from a group of “thugs”.
The former IFBB Pro posted a typically expletive-laden rant on his social media following the incident, which allegedly saw the offenders try to flood the bathroom and spit on the stairs.
He’s now been forced to close the toilet to members of the public.
“I’m in the toilet of my gym,” he said in a post earlier today. “Yesterday was the last day it was open to the public. A group of thugs came into the toilet and they shoved toilet paper down the sink, some in the toilet, and they tried to flood the place.
“At the same time, they went down the stairs and spat on them. And I thought, ‘What a bunch of pr*cks.’

“I’ve got two words for you: chicken sh*t.
“If you’ve got balls, come and do it in front of me. And the thing is, I’ve got you on CCTV — I’m going to send it to the police.”
Abbew ended the video by saying a final “f*ck you” to the perpetrators.
Fans — who were equally bemused by the seemingly unprovoked attack — sent messages of support to Abbew.
“I’m sorry this happened to you brother,” one wrote. “All the best. Thank you for all you do.”
Another added: “I don’t understand why people are so disrespectful.”
Eddie Abbew’s Olympian Gym
Located at the rear of Marlowes Shopping Centre in the heart of Hemel Hempstead, Eddie Abbew’s Olympian Gym opened in 2011 following the conclusion of his successful bodybuilding career.
Described as a friendly, old-school bodybuilding gym, Abbew runs it with the help of his wife, Marisa.
The muscleman remains a hugely respected name on the bodybuilding circuit. He was the British number one for around six years, and one of the few men to compete at the Open Mr. Olympia against the likes of Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler and Phil Heath.
However, much of Abbew’s fame came after he retired from the sport. He boasts 1.8 million followers on TikTok and 3.9 million more on Instagram, largely for his colourful takes on processed foods.
