Everyone’s favourite British strongman Eddie Hall finally breaks his silence after his recent fight defeat to Thor. Although he landed some good shots it wasn’t enough to beat the mountain himself who stayed composed and boxed his way to victory.

The 6 round spectacle branded “The Worlds Strongest Boxing Match” lived up to a lot of the hype but it was clear to see that Eddie did not have anywhere near enough boxing skill to beat Thor. Eddie’s stance, lack of head movement, wild swinging shots and lack of aggression stopped him from being able to win. One thing was clear to see, with his left foot forward he could close the distance and land the shots but when he went right foot forward he had zero reach, balance or chance to hit Thor.
Eddie breaks down what went wrong and what his plans are for the future. Class as always Hall first of all congratulated Thor and promised to uphold his side of the bargain by donating to charity, getting a losers tattoo and being up for the rematch.
Bicep tears were partly blamed but with the best man won attitude as always from Hall showed true sportsmanship. Being emotionally involved was the ultimate blame which is something that if controlled could make the rematch a different story.
Facing trolls, hate and criticism, Eddie also apologised to his coach as the performance he put across was not a reflection of what he was taught. Almost 18 months of hard work went into this camp and with 6 rounds spent being emotionally charged and not following the plan was only ever going to result in the loss.
We are excited to see the rematch as if Eddie can up his skill level that tiny bit and stay controlled we might see the biggest knockout in boxing history.
Congratulations to Thor and our personal message to Eddie is to keep your head up and to just show the world what trying and never quitting can achieve.
BRING ON THE REMATCH.
