Father and son, finally sat down for the first time to speak openly about the trauma caused from years of opiate abuse. Joe spoke on how the gym became his sanctuary to get away from seeing his Dad high all of the time and went on to say that PE with Joe Wicks during the pandemic was never planned or well thought out but made sense at the time.
