Summer Shredding Toronto 2026
Summer Shredding Toronto 2026 is bringing the Summer Shredding stage to Canada, with athletes heading to the Mississauga Convention Centre on August 14th.
The Toronto event is a qualifier for the Summer Shredding Championship in Houston, Texas, which takes place on September 19th, so there’s a lot riding on this one. For competitors, it’s a chance to earn their place at the final. For fans, it’s a chance to see the Summer Shredding season build before everything comes together in Houston.
Summer Shredding Toronto 2026
Summer Shredding Toronto 2026 will include nine divisions, covering transformation, physique, bodybuilding, bikini, wellness and figure.
The full line up includes Women’s Transformation, Men’s Transformation, Men’s Fit Physique, Women’s Bikini, Men’s Physique, Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique, Women’s Wellness, and Women’s Figure.
That means there’s a proper mix on stage, from athletes stepping into the Transformation division to competitors bringing more traditional bodybuilding and physique looks.
A bodybuilding show for every body
