Super Seven

Hybrid fitness racing is only getting bigger, and events like Super Seven are right at the centre of that momentum.

This brand new race from Conquer Fitness Events is set to take over Northwood Stadium on Sunday June 14th 2026, bringing a bigger arena, a louder atmosphere, and the same tough challenge that has made the Level 7 format so popular.

The format behind the event is simple but tough. Seven workouts, with a 450 metre run between each one, all completed against the clock. It’s the kind of event that blends strength, stamina, and determination, which is why Level 7 races attract both experienced competitors and everyday gym goers looking for a challenge.

What makes Super Seven different

The core challenge behind Super Seven is still the same one athletes know from Level 7. Competitors work their way through seven functional workout stations, with a 450 metre run separating each level. The workouts combine running with demanding functional movements that test both endurance and strength.

Across the race athletes face a mix of stations including rower and plates, tank push and drag, ski erg paired with burpee broad jumps, a 70 metre sandbag lunge, bike erg combined with a double kettlebell farmer carry, 70 single arm dumbbell devil’s press, and a 70 metre shield carry.

What makes Super Seven different is the scale of the event.

Instead of the usual Level 7 setup, the race will take over the entire Northwood Stadium complex. That means a much bigger race environment with indoor sports hall workout zones, track and field running sections, and functional areas set up across the astro turf.

The goal is to create a full stadium atmosphere that pushes athletes even harder while keeping the signature Conquer Fitness Events energy that people already love.

Who can take on Super Seven

The Super Seven event is open to both solo athletes and teams, with several race categories taking place throughout the day. Solo male and female competitors will race in the morning, while team events take place later in the day.

Teams compete in pairs, with categories for mixed teams, male pairs, and female pairs. There’s also a Masters category for athletes over 40 or teams with a combined age of 80 or more.

Entry costs £75 for solo athletes or £125 per team. All competitors receive an event medal, a branded wristband, and a branded energy drink after finishing the race. The fastest three teams in each category will also take home podium banners.

For anyone who enjoys hybrid racing or functional fitness competitions, Super Seven looks set to deliver the same grit and challenge as Level 7, just on a much bigger stage.
