Gladiators will soon be back to bless our screens with entirely new casts. One of the Gladiator athletes that will be appearing on our screen is Jade Packer, popularly known as Electro.
The 5ft 8″ tall athlete is a swift, captivating, and unstoppable force, which is how she got the name Eletro. She has the ideal balance of speed, power, and talent.
Jade Packer was born on May 19, 1998; therefore, her star sign is Taurus.
How Did Electro Start Her Career?
Electro started her career as a sprinter, but now, she is a hybrid athlete, sports model, and fitness instructor. Due to her speed and skills, she was listed as one of the Top 10 Fastest Runners in the United Kingdom for the 150 meters, just when she was twelve years old. Afterwards, she competed for championships in the 100 and 200 metres.
She got to know about the sport on Instagram and became interested in bodybuilding at the age of eighteen. Through her hard work and perseverance, she earned herself four Top 3 UKBFF Placements in the Wellness Category, an invitation to participate at the Arnold Classic, and an IFBB Elite Pro Card after winning the English Grand Prix.
After just a year of training before her first show, Electro became famous and spent the next two seasons representing the UK in Barcelona and Madrid.
Currently, she’s training in CrossFit and has a unique hybrid technique that includes her athletic experience. According to her, running is still her forte, coupled with her power and strength.
Why Does Electro Want to Become a Gladiator?
In an interview with the BBC, Electro explained her motivation for wanting to be a Gladiator. According to her, she has always been motivated by watching others throughout her fitness journey.
Therefore, she believes being a Gladiator is a great chance for the younger generation to see people they can easily relate to and pursue their interest in sport. It will also help them realize that they can achieve whatever they put their minds to.
