Nourished ‘build-your-own’ vitamin stacks you can create your own 7-layer, personalised gummy from over 30 ingredients, affectionately labelled by the team as ‘nourishments’, or take their consultation which provides an AI-generated recommendation for your product.
All 35 of these Nourishments are sourced from vegan, whole food sources and lab-tested to ensure that everyone is of the highest quality. The flavour of the stacks can be tailored to suit your tastes too, with the gummies coming in a range of varieties, such as strawberry, orange, blackcurrant and pineapple. The Verdict
The company’s website makes customising your Nourished stack super easy. You simply log on, go to their vitamin lab and take a 5-10 minute quiz about your health goals to help their artificial intelligence algorithm customise recommendations for your gummies. However, it’s totally up to you what is included in the seven-layer stack so you can add and remove ingredients as you like afterwards.
I selected a stack containing vitamin D and K2, probiotics, ginger, silica, cordyceps mushrooms and HydroCurc. These have a variety of functions in the body, such as reducing inflammation, improving digestion and boosting immunity.
The order took a little over a week to arrive which seemed fair considering they are a custom-made product and the brand was also in the midst of a factory move! Plus, the personalised touch of having my name printed on the packaging made it worth the wait!
In terms of the gummies themselves, they came beautifully wrapped in individual sachets and looked incredibly appetising! The sweets were a bit bigger than I expected but still significantly easier to carry than multiple boxes of pills and potions so I was impressed!
The sour blackcurrant flavoured gummies taste great and I would absolutely recommend giving them a try (I’ve already forwarded the discount code to all my health-conscious friends!).
