The Verdict
It’s fruity. It refreshing. It’s hydrating. What more could you want from an electrolyte drink? It packs a punch with its 90mg of caffeine too -that’s equivalent to a double shot of espresso and 3x more than the 30mg which you’ll find in their Mixed Berry Boost drink!
As with the rest of ViDrate’s range you can serve the drink hot or cold – with approximately 500ml water the sachets are convenient and can e mixed on the go with ease. I found the guava flavour particularly pleasant shaken and served over ice but could equally see it being enjoyed in the morning warm. I’d highly recommend the product and will certainly be buying some more.
