It’s official, Grenade’s new sports nutrition range has landed. Following weeks of murmurs, the brand has finally unveiled its latest project to fans.
Believe it or not, Grenade made supplements long before it decided to solely focus on snacks.
Revisiting its roots, the reimagined range combines over a decade of sports nutrition heritage with the iconic flavours which have made its world-famous ‘Carb Killa’ bars and energy drinks so vastly popular.
Included in the drop are three formulas focusing on the key stages of performance: Pre-Workout, Intra-Workout, and Post-Workout.
Available in Cherry Bomb and Berried Alive, the pre-workout blend is as explosive as the ‘Grenade’ name implies.
It combines a hefty hit of natural caffeine – 180mg, to be exact – with tried and tested ingredients such as Beta-Alanine, L-citrulline, L-tyrosine, and L-carnitine for the ultimate boost.
Next, the BCAA powder. Featuring 7g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio, slurping down one of these while working out is the ideal way to support muscle function.
Grenade has also packed in added hydration ingredients to restore your electrolyte balance following a gruelling session. You can grab this formula in Peachy Pear, Tropical, or Strawberry Mango flavour.

As it stands, the powder – which contains 30g of protein per serving – is available in Birthday Cake, Fudged Up, and Strawberries & Cream. But who knows, we could see some more fan-favourites added to the roster.
