Everything You Need to Know About Gymshark LIFT London
For the first time in its history, Gymshark LIFT is heading to London, the brand has announced.
The iconic event is set for a major homecoming this month, pitching up at one of the capital’s most iconic raw spaces.
Drumsheds — a mammoth electronic music venue and cultural events hub in N18 — has been booked out for the return to UK soil.
Gymshark has promised fans this latest edition will “hit harder” than anything it’s done before, and it’s certainly shaping up to be an almighty celebration.
The two-storey warehouse will be decked out with stages for live challenges, PR cages, a hybrid training zone, and brand-new features.
Some of lifting’s biggest names are being flown in for the occasion, including Gymshark’s newly formed trifecta of David Laid, Chris Bumstead, and Sam Sulek.
Here’s everything you need to know ahead of Gymshark LIFT London — the biggest and boldest edition to date.
Gymshark LIFT London: When & Where?
Gymshark LIFT London is set to take place from 10am to 6pm on Saturday 30th August and Sunday 31st August.
The venue is Drumsheds, a former IKEA store transformed into a collection of warehouse spaces capable of hosting tens of thousands.
Full address: DRUMSHEDS, Meridian Water, London, N18 3HF.
What is Gymshark LIFT?
Gymshark LIFT is the brand’s flagship celebration of movement and strength. What began as a way to bring the global community together has evolved into a full-scale fitness expo.
Previous editions have been held in Manchester, Los Angeles, Miami, and New York City — but none on this scale.
Gymshark is going all-in for its London premiere, with more energy, features, and muscle than ever.
Initial site plans include the Gymshark Conditioning Club, Lifting Arena, PR cages, and a basketball court on Ground 0.

The Lifting Arena and PR cages, in particular, will be where athletes and everyday gym-goers alike shift serious plates — all to the roar of a live crowd.
Level 1 features a Meet & Greet station, main stage, store, live class studio, photo booths, and The Street — a brand-new space promising “unexpected moments.”
There’s also a Loyalty Lounge, likely linked to Gymshark’s new loyalty programme.
Since launching the scheme, the brand has been bullish in offering big perks — including an exclusive drop of its cult-favourite Onyx compression line for select tiers.
Now, it looks like loyal fans can expect VIP treatment at Gymshark LIFT London, too.
Who Will Be There?
Gymshark is flying in its biggest-ever athlete roster — and there are some heavy hitters on the list.
In total, 60 fitness stars will be under one roof, including legends like:
- Chris Bumstead (CBum)
- Matt Morsia
- David Laid
- IFBB Pro Sam Sulek
- Whitney Simmons
- James Beardwell
- Carlos Belcast
- Christian ‘Swole’ Ricketts
- Annabel Lucinda
Even if you’re just heading down for the Meet & Greet, it’ll be well worth the trip.

Make no mistake, despite the colossal line-up, Gymshark LIFT has always been for everyone, no matter your fitness level.
Inclusivity is key. The weekend will feature seminars, open workouts, and opportunities to learn and grow — in every sense of the word.
From lifting veterans to curious beginners, there’s no gatekeeping here. Even if you’d rather spectate, there’ll be plenty to see and do.
Expect exclusive product drops, brand partner activations, free merch, immersive zones, and more. It’s the ultimate lifter’s playground.
How to Get a Ticket
You’ll need a general admission ticket to get in. This grants access to the main event space, free-train zones, meet and greet areas, and the main stage.
Tickets are free, but they’ll go fast. It’s first come, first served — with the link going live on Tuesday 5th August.
