How James Smith Boosts His Testosterone (Supplement Stack Revealed)

Having arrived back in Australia from his European travels, James Smith PT is looking to get back in shape, and, as he so delicately put it, “sort my f**cking life out really.”

To do so, he’s built a new natural testosterone-boosting stack to aid his progress, and he’s been kind enough to share it with us on his channel. 

But before he introduced his magic formula, he issued two main tips on how people can boost their testosterone levels before they even touch any supplementation:

  • Drop unnecessary body fat
  • Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night 

His top tips to achieve both of those relatively simple goals include maintaining a calorie deficit – while consuming around 1.6g of protein per kg of lean body mass – and getting a good-quality eye mask to block out the morning sun to stop you rousing before your alarm is due to sound.

Now, onto the stack. The first on the list is men’s essential multivitamin, which is then helped down with a desiccated liver chaser. Shilajit fulvic acid complex and Tongkat Ali are also thrown into the mix, as is ashwagandha plus. 

To help with the sleep aspect of boosting testosterone, James Smith also takes zinc and magnesium, L-Theanine and glycine. 

He said: “I can’t really test my testosterone, I’m just going to be doing this on how I feel. A lot of the changes I notice may be a placebo, but if a placebo works it works.”

He added: “I’m not recommending any of you buy these supplements, I’m just giving you an insight into what I’m using and why I’m using them.”
