Nourished Protein Bars
Nourished’s new protein bar lab allows you to choose from over 400 combinations of plant-based, guilt-free indulgence. Each one is filled with your favourite sauces and toppings, before being covered in either milk or white chocolate flavoured coating and wrapped in a sustainable wrapper that’s also personalised with your name.
The bars are designed by you and made on-demand. This not only allows the brand to produce a protein bar which suits your individual preferences but also ensures that the bar’s nutrients are of the highest quality and have optimal efficacy.
All the bars are 100% plant-based, packed with at least 18g of premium soy protein. They’re also low in sugar yet still taste sinfully sweet.

The Verdict
Being a huge fan of Nourished’s personalised gummy stacks (I highly recommend the sour blackcurrant flavour of these), I was very excited by the arrival of my protein bar delivery. It’s safe to say the bars did not disappoint and I was really impressed by all the varieties.
My personal favourite was the Salted Caramel Hazelnut which tasted kind of how you’d imagine a bar to taste if Snickers and Kinder Bueno had a baby! However, it was great to be able to try the various flavours before deciding which will go in my own personalised bars which, having tried the sample pack, I will certainly be ordering!
