Packing 20g of protein per pot, the velvety delight is a super convenient way to refuel post-workout. What’s more, each serving contains just 3g of fat (2g saturated), 10.4g of carbs – 8g of which comes from sugar, and 152 calories. 

For reference, that’s 77% less sugar than your average chocolate pudding, 85% less fat, and a staggering 121% more protein. 

Is it the perfect product? No. But I think we can all agree that it’s a pretty impressive substitution for full-fat chocolate.
