The crowds soon developed as Matt and Ben put Thor’s hammer on the floor, got the cash-out and offered £100 to anybody who could lift it off the floor. 60KG may not sound like a lot but with one hand on a wide grip, it proved incredibly difficult to lift.
Surprising winners soon stepped up and started lifting the hammer off the floor which shocked Matt due to their smaller stature and no bodybuilding physiques. Serious gym goers and bodybuilders then started arriving to also make the lift look surprisingly effortless.
As always Matt brought the entertainment and handed out over £1000 that day.
