In a recent fitness experiment, popular fitness influencer MattDoesFitness documented his wife’s journey on his YouTube channel as she embarked on a 30-day creatine supplement challenge. Despite her already impressive physique, she had never incorporated supplements into her routine.

Creatine, a scientifically backed supplement used mainly by bodybuilders, became the experiment’s focus, aiming to uncover its impact on her strength, muscle mass, and physique.

My Wife took CREATINE Every Day for 30 DAYS

On day one, Matt’s wife, S started with a weigh-in at 124lbs, physique check, and baseline strength testing. Matt explained that with just 5 grams of creatine daily, you can have enhanced strength and increased muscle mass.

As the days progressed, S faced the challenge of incorporating creatine into her routine. Despite initial forgetfulness, she eventually established a daily habit. Halfway through the challenge, her body weight increased by over a kilogram, a common occurrence for creatine users. While her physique seemed relatively unchanged, noticeable strength gains began to emerge.

With each passing day, S achieved impressive personal bests in squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. Matt observed her breaking records, with her deadlift reaching 110 kg by the end of the challenge. Considering the short timeframe, these results left Matt and S shocked.

While S gained approximately 1.5 kg in body weight, the distribution seemed even across her physique, indicating potential water weight rather than substantial visual changes. The experiment demonstrated creatine’s significant influence on strength and highlighted the importance of consistency in supplement intake.
