And as a bit of a chocolate fiend, this chocolate brownie flavour bar was my favourite of the three, as far as taste goes.
The bar inside the funky purple and yellow packaging has a rich fudgy chocolate cookie dough base, an indulgent smooth chocolate cookie flavoured centre and a cocoa crispy topping, all coated in gorgeous real dark chocolate.
It tastes incredible and absolutely hits the spot when you need a chocolatey treat.
It’s almost unbelievable that the focus bar has just 140 calories and is super low in sugar because it tastes so good. It’s also packed with 14g of protein, 3.4g of fibre, vitamin B6, folic acid, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), zinc, and iodine all designed to help you hit your macro targets and get clear and focused to take on the day.
Vitl Vitamin Protein Bars: The Energy bar
The Vitl energy bar is another winner for me as far as taste goes, with its gorgeous salted caramel flavours.
It has a rich caramel dough base, a velvety salted caramel flavoured centre, and a cocoa crispy topping all covered in real, rich milk chocolate.
The energy bar has just 143 calories and packs a real protein punch with 14g per bar. It’s also full of these energy-boosting vitamins and minerals:

The balance of textures between the crispy topping and soft, gooey centre is spot on and makes this protein bar feel like such a treat, but with just 143 calories it’s one you can indulge in guilt-free.
The vitl glow bar will also leave you feeling and looking amazing thanks to the extra vitamins and nutrients on top of the 14g of protein.

I really love that these bars are all made with real chocolate so they taste as good as any other chocolate bar, but with so many added nutritional benefits. This however, along with the fact that they contain collagen peptides from bovine, does mean that they’re not suitable for vegans or vegetarians but for anyone who eats a mixed diet they’re amazing.
Having tried all three Vitl bars I do think the chocolate brownie is my favourite flavour but I’d probably order a variety pack again next time because I really love the different benefits that each bar brings.
