Energy: a review
Their energy supplement fights mental fatigue and provides a clean-feeling boost of energy which lasts for hours and has no crashes. The Vitamin complex helps aid brain function even if it lacks the die-hard focus ingredients of the focus tablets. I took these 30 minutes before arriving at work and found that in the first part of my day I was able to get into a focused and productive mental zone much quicker and easier than normal. This was a perfect supplement for the morning as it really woke up my brain and provided ling lasting, smooth energy. Energy-wise I would rate the energy tablets an 8.5/10. For focus, I would give it a 7 it really did work wonders. It was great to get momentum in a busy desk job, especially after an early wake-up for a tough training session. From a price point of view, I would rate this a 6/10. It is priced competitively but is not the cheapest method of improving mental stamina. The price can be justified by the quality of ingredients.
