Known mostly for gaming, podcasts and even music he is now setting himself challenges including a month without sugar and how much weight he can lose in certain periods of time.

So with the challenge set, Randolph creates a diet of 2000 calories per day and aims to get in 10,000 steps per day! A few cheats along the way with shooting and job obligations he managed to stay on track pretty much throughout thanks to his lovely wife Laura creating pasta, pizza and wrap meals.
Exercise
Marked as a failure by the man himself due to no exercise and not creating a workout plan. The truth is with just 30 minutes per day of even light exercise would have helped him lose more weight and create a healthier cardiovascular system.
