Everything You Need to Know About Rob Lipsett’s Latest Biohacking Venture with Vida Care
Irish influencer, entrepreneur, and all-round fitness maestro Rob Lipsett has teamed up with Vida Care to launch a full blood panel designed specifically for people who train.
The Dublin-based clinical health screening service has completed 250,000 tests to date, covering heart health, fertility, sexual health, sports performance, and more.
Its latest offering will target those who feel their results aren’t matching the effort put in on the gym floor.
Dubbed ‘The Rob Lipsett – Sports Performance Panel’, the comprehensive MOT was built with input from coaches, scientists, and AI to break down key markers into accessible bites.
“Most men I speak to are doing everything right on the surface, but something still feels off,” Lipsett said in his announcement.
“They’re training hard, eating well, trying to stay healthy, but body composition just isn’t shifting.
“And deep down they know something’s missing. Here’s why: they haven’t looked at their blood markers. They haven’t checked under the hood to see what’s going on.
“That’s why we’re launching a sports panel covering over 80 biomarkers.”
The test checks for testosterone, cholesterol, thyroid function, inflammation, cortisol, vitamin status, and more.
Once a blood sample is taken, it’s analysed by doctors specialised in men’s health.
Key diagnostics like weight measurements, height, blood pressure, and BMI are also recorded during the screening — which takes place at Vida Care’s Blackrock base.
A team of nutritionists then builds a plan based on the results to optimise hormones, smooth out the creases, and “get your body working the way it should be.”
“No guesswork, no generic plans — just a targeted, scientific approach that gets you results,” Lipsett concluded.
The Sports Performance Panel is priced at €299 on Vida Care’s website. A HYROX-specific test is also listed at €349.
