Protein bars can be an absolute saviour during the day. You’ve woken up early, gone for a run, a full day of work, then hit the gym, and finally, you can get home. How you’re meant to get in 3 meals during this is madness, so you turn to snacks…this is where the damage can occur. Now if that snack is low in fat and sugar, yet high in protein, you’re laughing!
I’ve personally experimented with a myriad of different options and some are almost a chore to eat, I don’t want to say I invented it first…but I have always thought, if a brand really attacked a crunchy bar, they’d have a lot of success. A lot of protein bars can be pretty stodgy and actually not that enjoyable, they tend to have that texture where it’s almost like chewing cardboard. It can be hard to find a great bar!

The fact that a protein bar is described as ‘crunchy’ really revs my engine! Warrior has seen the gap in the market for a bar that isn’t a jaw workout and has bought out multiple flavours of the Crunch bar. Warrior Crunch Protein Bars flavours include classics like; choc chip cookie dough, white chocolate, and salted caramel but you can also experiment with a key lime pie or a raspberry lemon cheesecake. It’s almost a dessert! If you can’t make up your mind, have a go on the multi-pack…I love it when a company does a variety pack, it’s all we’ve ever wanted! Well played Warrior.
Let’s get into some numbers, the important stuff. A pack of 12 will set you back £19.95, if you’ve ever purchased protein bars you’d know this is very reasonable and nothing to turn your nose up at. Protein can be expensive these days so this is a steal.
Nutrition-wise we are looking good too, each bar is 64g, 239 calories, 11g of fat, 2.3g of sugar, and 20g of protein. Not too shabby indeed!
The reason I’m so on board with these Crunch bars is that I have an aggressive sweet tooth so a protein bar is a great choice for me, couple that with a company trying to be innovative and break the mold from what everyone else is bringing out, and I’m impressed.
Let’s also not forget Christmas is firmly upon us, a pack of protein bars is a great gift/stocking filler for a gym freak, a variety pack is even better AND a Crunch bar tops it all off.
