Just when we thought the Prime hype might be starting to die down, KSI and Logan Paul have announced a competition that’s set to build it up all over again. The pair announced the Prime X treasure hunt on the drinks brand’s social media pages, calling it their biggest launch ever.
The hunt has been created to mark the launch of the new Prime X drink, which is a Strawberry Lemonade flavour of the hydration drink. You can get Prime X in four different designs – pink, blue, holographic pink, and holographic blue – but the drink inside is the same whichever bottle you pick up.
So onto the Prime X treasure hunt. Here’s everything you need to know about ‘the hunt for hydration’.
What prize can you win with the Prime X treasure hunt?
There’s a whopping $1 million dollars up for grabs. If only one person wins then they’ll get the full amount, but it’s possible for there to be multiple winners. If that happens they’ll split the prize fund between them.
How do you enter the Prime X treasure hunt?
With a prize that big you know it’s not going to be easy to win this treasure hunt! Here’s what you need to do:
- Buy a bottle of Prime X
- Scan the QR code on the bottle or head to drinkprime.com to create a free Prime account
- Follow the prompts to sign up to ‘join the hunt’
- Look under the cap of your drink to find the code you need to enter to access the treasure map – each different code unlocks a new piece of the map on the website
- On the back of the bottle’s label you’ll also find a piece of the map that corresponds with the piece you unlock with the code
- Complete the map by buying more bottles of Prime X to find all 12 unique codes
- Make sure you keep hold of all the bottle caps and labels that you collect, because you’ll need them to verify your codes if you win
Each code you enter also gives you points that you can use on the Prime website to buy merch like shirts, hats, and limited edition bottles.
When does the Prime X treasure hunt end?
The hunt ends on August 1st 2024, so make sure you’ve entered all your codes by then. Winners will be announced on August 12th.
Anyone from the UK, US, Canada, and Australia can enter the competition, but under 16s will need their parent’s permission to sign up and join in. Oh, and in case you were thinking of going a bit crazy with this, the official rules state that there’s a limit of 500 entries per person!
