If there’s one person you don’t really want to piss off it’s world heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury. So it’s lucky that YouTuber True Geordie was interviewing him virtually rather than in person when he totally lost it recently.
Things were all going smoothly in the interview until True Geordie started asking questions about Fury’s upcoming fight with Derek Chisora, which seemed to hit a bit of a nerve.
The fight has caused a fair bit of controversy in the boxing world, with lots of people saying it’s not a fair match, with the last two fights between the pair being dominated by Fury. And when The True Geordie podcast questioned Tyson about this, suggesting that it might be better if he fought someone different it didn’t go down well at all.
Fury lept to Chisora’s defense, talking about how good a fighter he is and how you’re only ever one punch away from victory or disaster.
It was after the interview seemed to have ended though that he really lost his cool, telling Geordie that he’ll never do an interview with him again and calling him an impressive amount of expletive-ridden names.
