To be a true beast in the gym you have to have a gladiator mindset. And by that, I don’t mean head to your local fitness centre and challenge someone to a fight to the death over the bench press.
We know you have that inner spartan inside you, but you may just need a good dose of Warrior Rage Pre Workout to bring it out of you. And if you use discount code GF30WAR on checkout, you can save 30% on your purchase!
In this review, we’ll be taking a detailed look at the product which describes itself as one of the most powerful, most effective and most results-driven pre-workouts on the market. Is it an atomic blast in a tub or a mere firework? Let’s find out.
Warrior Rage Pre Workout
Before we jump into the review, let’s first take a look at the brand behind the product. Warrior Supplements is a UK-based company that was founded in 2010 with a single purpose in mind – a single, solitary goal. To improve the athletic performance and mental focus of those who consume its formulas.
It says it wants to help those in all walks of life with any challenge they may have, whether it be a monster training session, workplace meeting or student assignment. The branding is very much focused on instilling a warrior mindset in its customer, so let’s see whether this pre-workout is worthy of leading you into battle.
Warrior Rage is a pre-workout in powder form and should be taken 20 minutes before your workout to enhance your performance. For every 1 1/2 scoops, Warrior Rage contains 8,700mg of potent ingredients.
So, how does it work?
Warrior Rage has a few key functions that could deliver huge benefits for your workout. Branch Chain Amino Acids Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine at an 8:1:1 ratio contribute towards the activation of mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin). In layman’s terms, that simply means putting the body into an anabolic state and promoting muscle protein synthesis.
Another key purpose is the control of the cortisol in your system. Cortisol, the primary stress hormone, increases sugars in the bloodstream, enhances your brain’s use of glucose and increases the availability of substances that repair tissues.
From scanning the formula, it’s also clear to see that Warrior Rage will help increase blood flow to the tissues and muscles, elevate ATP levels and heighten energy and focus. Basically, a lot of the good stuff that you’ll want a pre-workout to do.
There’s a healthy kick of 300mg in each 8.7g serving, of which there are 45 in every tub. That’s definitely at the higher end of the pre-workout spectrum. Key ingredients such as Beta-Alanine and Citrulline Malate are also present, which is always a positive.
There are a few emissions, however, such as Betaine Anhydrous, L-Theanine, and Acetyl-L-Carnitine. Plus, this formula has taken a little bit of heat online for being ‘under-dosed’, but I’ll touch on that in more detail very shortly.
Despite that, I’d say it’s still a pretty stacked formula and one that’ll certainly deliver many key benefits.
The Warrior Rage Pre Workout Review
Warrior Rage Pre Workout comes in 9 delicious flavours, but I opted for Blazin’ Berry. I’ll confess that I’ve got a sweet tooth, but even if you didn’t it would be hard not to enjoy this powder. It was tangy and punchy without coating my mouth with synthetic-tasting sweeteners.
I’m aware the taste isn’t a huge worry for most people when it comes to pre-workouts, it’s more about the performance. Despite the concerns shared by some people in the fitness community about this formula, I found that it delivered a smooth rush of energy without any noticeable crash or struggle to sleep after my usual early-evening session.
If you’re after a good kick before you train then this is definitely a solid pre-workout that will undoubtedly help unleash your inner warrior. Is it perfect, maybe not, but find me a product that is.
Pre-workout, to an extent, can be subjective depending on tolerance and regularity of use. If you’re a powerlifter you may opt for something higher-dosed across the board, but for the vast majority of people, this will still provide awesome results.
At £14.95 it’s also an absolute steal. Plus, if you use our code GF30WAR you’ll unlock an extra 30% off. How could you say no?
