After winning a press up competition and calling out Gymshark on Twitter for a sponsorship, the writing was on the wall for the dream partnership to happen. With the gym setup created and sponsored by Gymshark YouTube gamer Vikkstar reveals his dream home gym and we are jealous!
Walking into the home gym of Vikkstar you would never know it was actually just inside the room of his house! Gamer and now fitness addict Vikkstar spends up to 16 hours per day gaming and with that comes an incredible need to train and with a gym like this just in the next room he now has no excuse…at all!
The gym features strength equipment from the best brands in the world, functional fitness equipment, accessories, boxing bag, kettlebells and this is all houses in a blacked out room with changeable LED mood lights.
Along with the gym he has what everyone else wants… a kitchen… in the gym?!? To prepare protein shakes, cups of tea, wash up or even use the dishwahser. We think he could have perhaps made this a recovery area but each to their own Vikk!
Starting off at 55KG Vikkstar has gained 10KG and almost doubled his back in the day lifts thanks to a solid nutrition and workout plan. Looking back Vikkstar spoke about that after a skiing accident and feeling unhealthy that is what propelled him to finally change his ways and to get fit.
In the video we are guided through a push session where he shows off how he lifts 75KG with ease, dummbell curls 15KG for reps and just fails an 85KG PR bench press.
