Is It Easy to Use?
Yep! Joe and Kai suggest exfoliating before applying your first layer of tan, but it’s not a necessity if you don’t have time.

How much you need to apply will vary from person to person, but as a rough guide, most guys will need around four pumps each for their back and torso, two for their face and neck, one for each arm, and two for each leg.
