In what looks to be a matcha made in heaven, PerfectTed has teamed up with women’s nutrition leader Free Soul to create two new hybrid powders.
Matcha Protein and Matcha Collagen stack the calm focus of ceremonial-grade matcha with various wellness benefits in a drop seemingly driven by consumer habits.
“We’ve listened to you, and we’ve delivered,” PerfectTed co-founder Teddie Levenfiche wrote in an announcement.
“Over the last 12 months, we’ve watched you blend matcha with your collagen and protein.
“So we decided to kill a step, and make sure you’re working with science-backed nutrition to get your daily fix.”
Introducing Matcha Protein & Matcha Collagen
Two powders have already launched on Free Soul’s website, each designed to deliver its own unique perks.
Matcha Protein combines 2g of PerfectTed’s ceremonial-grade matcha with Free Soul’s signature whey, pea and milk protein blend for a total 18g of the muscle-building macronutrient per serving.
To ensure the drink sits smoothly on the stomach, Free Soul has added digestive enzymes in the form of the patented DigeZyme®.

Meanwhile, the pair’s Matcha Collagen Latte packs the same dose of matcha, yet offers 2.5g of marine collagen peptides plus vitamin C for glowing skin and enhanced immunity.
Both formulas are free from added sugar and low in calories.
“Free Soul are a rocket ship and combining both our reputations in women’s health and matcha, we’ve created one of my favourite ranges ever,” Levenfiche added.
You can shop both products via Free Soul’s online store, with 20-serving pouches retailing for £29.99, or less via subscription.
