Oath Nutrition has taken its first step outside the powder category with the launch of a brand-new ready-to-drink sparkling beverage.
Combining two of the most trending ingredients in sports nutrition – protein and caffeine – the hybrid cans come in three crisp, fruity flavours.
Oath Nutrition: From Powders to Cans
Oath Nutrition has built its reputation on powders; most notably its Clear Whey Protein range, which has become the best-selling clear protein at Target and a category leader on Amazon since launching in early 2024.
The move into RTDs marks the brand’s first venture into convenience-first formats.
What’s in Oath Nutrition’s Sparkling Drinks?
Each 12-ounce can delivers 10g of complete whey protein isolate and 100mg of natural caffeine for around 100 calories. It boasts zero sugar and none of the usual unwanted extras: no high-fructose corn syrup, no aspartame, and no gluten.
It’s third-party tested and designed – according to the brand – to deliver sustained energy without the crash.

The Oath Sparkling Energy + Protein cans launched in a few crisp, fruity flavours: Summer Citrus, Wild Berry, and Juicy Peach.
They’re now available in Target stores nationwide and online, priced at $2.99 per can or $11.49 for a four-pack.
